Carter took over as wicket-keeper when Dowrich sustained a badly swollen left eye after a ball from Best burst through his gloves
Ramdin was unable to keep wicket because of a blow to a finger from a ball from Best in the first innings. Simmons started as wicket-keeper but he fractured his right ring finger when taking a delivery from Gabriel and he was unable to bat in the second innings.
