Worcestershire won by five wickets at 5.10 pm on the second day after Norfolk followed-on 92 runs behind. The victory meant the visitors had completed the double over Norfolk, having won at Worcester the previous week. In the match Bird took 11 wickets for the winners at the cost of 56 runs.
