Vernon Morris was a stalwart of South Wales club cricket in the inter-war years, playing chiefly for Briton Ferry Town and Swansea.

 

The right-handed middle order batsman appeared in two Minor County matches for Glamorgan in 1920, and then in 18 first-class matches between 1921 and 1929.
