Andy Mack spent three years on Glamorgan`s staff in the late 1970`s, after spending two years on Surrey`s books

The tall left-arm seamer had appeared in five Sunday League matches for Surrey in 1975, before joining their staff, but he was unable to command a regular first team place and moved to South Wales hoping to play more first-class cricket.
However, Mack struggled with form and fitness with Glamorgan, and he left their staff in 1980 to join the Metropolitan Police. In 1989 he returned to cricket, plating for Norfolk and for the next two years he played for the Minor Counties in the Benson and Hedges competition.
