Another spinning all-rounder in the Protean side, Peterson has come of age off late. His bowling shows a lot of maturity and he has become quite good enough as a batsman to be batting at any number in the batting line-up. Apart from his stock delivery, Peterson has also manufactured an unusual delivery that turns into the right-handed batsmen. It is this delivery of his that makes him special because reading this one is a tester for even the best batsman in the business. His inconsistent performances though have kept him out of the South African national team more often than not since he made his debut in international cricket.
