Sussex Sharks brushed aside their Friends Provident Trophy disappointment to reach Twenty20 Cup finals with a 38-run victory over Warwickshire Bears.

After losing to Hampshire in the final of the 50-over domestic event at Lord's on Saturday, Michael Yardy did well to rally his troops in just the two days available.
Battinf first, Sharks were restricted to 152-9.
The hosts though appeared on course for a far bigger total when Luke Wright (38) and Rory Hamilton-Brown (27) shared a second-wicket stand of 47 to take their side to 75-1.
But then Rikki Clarke (2-21) removed both in quick succession and a succession of middle-order wickets, including those of four run outs followed as the Bears took control.
It was Chris Nash hammering 29 off 14 balls at the death which gave the home attack something to bowl at under floodlights.
Chasing the total, Warwickshire opener Jonathan Trott looked like guiding the visitors to victory as he notched his fifth half-century of the competition.
And though wickets kept falling, the Bears remained in control as Trott brought up his 50 from 42 deliveries.
However, the introduction of Hamilton-Brown's off-spin turned the game Sussex's way.
He first removed Tony Frost (6) and, then crucially, trapped Trott lbw for 56 in the space of his first three balls.
That reduced Warwickshire to 91-6 and the tail quickly subsided to 114 all out in 19 overs, Hamilton-Brown finishing with 4-15 from three overs.LATEST SCORES
