Indian right arm medium pacer R. Vinay Kumar has been ruled out of the rest of the One-Day International tri-series in Zimbabwe with a knee injury.

 

The Indian board (BCCI) has confirmed that pacer Abhimanyu Mithun will replace him in the squad.

 

Kumar made his debut in India's six-wicket defeat to Zimbabwe, taking two for 51, before injury ruled him out of the second match, for which he was replaced by left-arm spinner Pragyan Ojha.
