Bacup will not be offering Michael Smith terms for next season. The South African has so far made six half centuries in accumulating 598 league runs at 42.7. He has picked up just 8 wickets at 60.5.

 

In helping Bacup reach the Worsley Cup semi finals, Smith made 265 runs - 111 against Rishton, 60 at Todmorden and 94 against Colne.
