Darwen have announced the signing of Indian all rounder Rishabh Tiwari for the 2025 season.

 

Rishabh, a left handed batter who bowls left arm spin, plays for Chhattisgarh back in India.

 

In 2024 Rishabh played for Cleator who play in the Cumbrian Premier League.

 

In his 15 innings he scored 629 runs, including seven fifties, at an average of 52.4 with a highest score of 96.

 

He also chipped in with 29 wickets at an average of 15.5, an economy rate of 3.7 and best bowling of 4 wickets for 5 runs.

 

Rishabh stood in as sub professional for Clitheroe and Darwen in 2024, hitting 35 and taking 1-17 for his new club in a 4 wicket win against Clitheroe.
