Former batting great Hanif Mohammad on Friday praised captain Inzamam-ul-Haq on becoming the second Pakistani batsman to score a century in each innings of a Test against England.
 
"Inzamam is a great batsman. His second hundred in the Faisalabad Test came under pressure which shows his calibre," said Mohammad, the only other Pakistani batsman to have achieved the feat. 
Mohammad scored 11 and 104 against England at Dhaka in 1961-62. 
Inzamam, who scored 109 in the first innings, was unbeaten on 100 when he declared Pakistan's second innings closed at 268-9 on the fifth and final day of the second Test here. 
The Pakistan captain also broke Javed Miandad's Pakistani record of 23 Test centuries with his 24th hundred. 
The 35-year-old Inzamam is only the fifth Pakistani batsman to score a century in each innings of a Test. 
The Pakistan Cricket Board announced a cash award of 500,000 rupeesdollars) for Inzamam.

Javed Miandad - 104 and 103 not out v New Zealand Hyderabad 1984-85 
Wajahatullah Wasti - 133 121 not out v Sri Lanka Lahore 1998-99
