Pakistan captain Inzamam-ul-Haq urged cricket fans to fill the stadium for Saturday's first one-day international against England and give generously for earthquake aid.

Ticket sales for the game in Lahore's Qaddafi stadium will go to a relief fund for survivors of the devastating quake two months ago on October 8, which killed more than 73,000 people in Pakistan and left 3.5 million homeless.
"I appeal to cricket fans to fill the stadium to capacity so that we can raise a big amount from tickets," Inzamam told reporters on Thursday.
Inzamam said his heart went out to victims of the disaster.
"Just think of all those survivors of the quake, they are hit hard by the winter and snow, so we must do more for them," said Inzamam.
Pakistan donated 10 percent of their Test series earnings to the relief fund. They won the series 2-0.
England also donated 100,000 pounds (174,000 dollars) to the quake fund and featured in a fund-raising golf event here last week which raised another 50,000 dollars.(Article: Copyright © 2005 AFP)
