Inzamam-ul Haq and Marcus Trescothick hold the Bank Alafalah Cup during a ceremony in Multan Cricket Stadium, 11 November 2005. Trescothick was named to the job after Michael Vaughan was ruled out with a recurrence of an old knee injury.
