Notes
--> The first innings of the match was limited to 45 overs; the total overs for both teams was limited to 90 overs
--> Bowling in the South Kelsey innings adds 2 runs under

South Kelsey had only 10 men. Marcus Meadows injured his calf muscle in the 16th over and therefore was unable to complete his second over. He fielded at slip for the rest of the innings.
At 133 for 8 with 14 overs left the home side looked in danger of committing the cardinal sin of not batting 45 overs but Nick Dobbs and Robbie Glentworth put on a useful 52 for the ninth wicket. Dobbs and Paceman Peter Taylor added 17 unbroken for the last wicket. In the second half some luck brought about the wickets of the Kelsey skipper and Lol Waghorn, who both struck balls into there boot which rolled back to remove the bails. The only blemish in the field from Broughton came when Paul Reed was reaching for a 'club' in his pocket dropped a straight forward chance in the gully.
