Our thanks to Arthur Haygarth for collecting the information and to Roger Heavens for providing this scorecard which was first published in Arthur Haygarth's Cricket Scores and Biographies Volume 16. Copies of the book can be obtained from http://booksoncricket.net . Additions or corrections to this scorecard would be gratefully received.
Source states that which side went in first was not stated in The Harrovian whence copied. That journal also only gave the analysis of one innings. "Chiltern Hundreds" is of course a feigned name but the real one could not be obtained for insertion. Mr. Oates, a Harrow boy, played as an emergency, our rulers coming one short. Price was also an addition to the Lords and Commons team.
