This match was brought to a premature end when the Bradford umpire, at the bowler's end, refused an appeal for caught behind against Oscroft. The Lascelles Hall team then appealed to their umpire at square leg who gave him out. Lascelles Hall then left the field but the batsmen stayed till time was called.
