All games were washed out with no play possible on either day.
Storms swept across the Perth metropolitan area on the night of the 4th October and persisted until early in the morning on the 6th October.
The squalls were so severe, sight screens at the South Perth Cricket club ended up in the Zoo car park at one end of the ground and on the golf course at the other.
