The game between the two sides at Norwich in July has also been won by Surrey 2nd XI.
For the winners, Holland's 207 contained 1 six, 2 fives, and 24 fours.
It was the second highest individual innings of the season, after H E Morgan's 254 for Glamorgan versus Monmouthshire at Cardiff.
The 207 run aggregate by Holland was also the second highest of the season.
He was stumped with the ball bouncing off Blake's pads.
There were 16 fours in von Ernsthausen's 90, scored in 150 minutes, and 1 six, 2 fives and 8 fours in Davis's 61 not out, scored in 30 minutes.
In the Surrey 2nd XI innings Holland and von Ernsthausen put on 245 runs for the Surrey sixth wicket, which was a new record for the Championship, exceeding the 203 put on by L G A Collins and A C M Croome for Berkshire against Buckinghamshire at Aylesbury in 1898.
Davis and Graburn had an unbroken partnership 87 runs for the tenth wicket.
The Surrey total of 503-9 was the second highest of the season.
For Norfolk, Hayter's 81 not out included 2 fives and 11 fours in an innings lasting 90 minutes.
Blake's 3 stumping in an innings equalled the Championship record.
