Third day was originally scheduled for 19 December but play was not possible due to a curfew in Colombo following the election. The third day was first rescheduled for 2 January, but then postponed until 4 January so that it coincided with last day of the Police v Galle game. Police and Moors were in contention for a place in the Super Eight stage.
